In fact, you only need to write as follows: gksudo nautilus in a text document and place within the folder location and then make it executable. So if sudo is working properly for you, gksudo and not gksu is the graphical extension of sudo when you need to gain administrative privileges without using the terminal. If you decided to install gksu and are using the 64-bit version you'll need to run gksu-properties once to set the authentication to sudo. check here
