I was able to enter the BIOS and flashing other BIOSes by hitting Delete or end, respectively, while the underscore flashes. If you couldn't find anyone with exactly same motherboard and GPU working without problems then you may try to contact Gigabyte support. It wasn't until I got it to the shop that we found the real issue being the slot as my card worked on his test bench. So if u buy, try, if doesn't go, return it.. Check This Out
like me 7 32 bit, usually doesnt give me too many headaches. From there I tried two different drivers, the first didn't work at all so I rolled it back on the properties page, the second did the trick. With the driver installed it flashes on and off at a steady rate, when I uninstall the driver the light stays on without flashing or flickering at all. I could hear windows boot from my speakers but there was no display just a black screen. Pcie Wifi Card Not Detected Was more or less saying that these are the initial problems I had prior to the board not seeing the x16 slot anymore at all. When I get home I can provide a more detailed breakdown of what I did.

Good luck Kamransaeed15. Well to my surprise After beating my head for another week I sent it back to my local shop (Before c-mas if you can imagine). I would think it is more than likely that the actual issue is with the old power supply. Hopefully this helps and isn't windows 10 specific.
