Frustration has got the better of me, and I have not used the HR function for a few months now. Changing the battery and extra cleaning the strap didn't help at first, but I did get it going again. Dillon Interesting Robert. This helped me, too! Even the Garmin website doesn't seem to have the ‘updated' one (They show the old one Part no.010-10997-02). Having the strap tighter seems to help.
