the right speaker has the volume control, power source to connect to a wall outlet, the plug that goes to the computer, and the plug that goes to the left speaker. I assumed that the problem was with that input cable, but I mentioned the problem to a friend and he reminded me that I had been using a Swiffer (I know, You're not looking for drivers for the speakers.
