The other is that if both sets of wires work once everything is re-soldered you'd actually get two signals going to the output. the wire had snped very close to the little end tip thing and was impossible so solder back on, so i had to replace the whole tip. even if i switch the yellow n orange cymbals, the cymbal on the left does not register any hits while the one on the right works fine. It was also very easy to get a roll-type action with minimal force.All other pickups were far from ideal.

I would imagine if you look at the base of the bit that has fallen out of your drums you will find it is the top peice that flicks out to The whammy bar and guitar tilt are completely unresponsive. mine had a hairline crack which is probably a stress crack that widened and opened the cuircuit very shortly after we started playing the cymbal.
