It was a lot of work to get the right piece and now that work is done for anyone that is interested. The spring mechanism broke where the two posts connect to the pad -- the posts that the screws go in to.

I also took the opportunity to pull a bit of the red wire so that there's more slack near the red drum kit area.   It seemed a little "tight" there. with thisss guys i got these problem .My drums doesnt have the sensivility problem the right cymbal doesent work but i isnt the cymbal it is inside the drums kit or I'm glad I could have helped in some way. I am not knocking that process. not if i hit it softly, hardly.
